Course 1.1: Fundamentals of BP/PE (lecture, 2 CP)
Course 1.2: Fundamentals of BP/PE (seminar, 2 CP)
Course 1.3: Tasks and objectives of BP/PE (seminar, 2 CP)
Course 1.4: Theories of BP/PE (lecture/seminar, 2 CP)

Course 2.1: Personnel development/organizational development (seminar, 2 CP)
Course 2.2: Leadership development (seminar, 2 CP)
Course 2.3: International and interdisciplinary studies (seminar, 2 CP)
Course 2.4: Quality and knowledge management (seminar, 2 CP)

  • Module examination after completing all courses in modules 1 and 2
  • 20-minute oral examination (Team Petersen or Team Götz)
  • All contents and focal points of modules 1 and 2 are examined (all CPs are only awarded after the examination)
  • Performances in the courses are not graded; feedback is possible; also non-acceptance with the possibility of "improvement"; 1 or 2 CP as coursework for presentation and elaboration (8-10 pages = 1 CP; 12-15 pages = 2 CP)
  • Compulsory attendance in seminars; compulsory attendance in lectures (not controlled)

Course 3.1: Personnel selection, assessment, marketing (seminar, 2 CP)
Course 3.2: Personnel consulting (seminar, 2 CP)
Course 3.3: Company training and further education (seminar, 2 CP)

  • Module examination in the form of a term paper (deadline: 6 weeks) (Team Petersen or Team Götz)
  • All CP are awarded with the (positively assessed) term paper
  • Performance in the courses is not graded; feedback is possible; also non-acceptance with the possibility of "improvement"; 1 or 2 CP as coursework for presentation and paper (8-10 pages = 1 CP; 12-15 pages = 2 CP)
  • Compulsory attendance in seminars; compulsory attendance in lectures (not controlled)
