Module overview (Master):

Course 1.1: Theories of company pedagogy/personnel development (lecture, 2 CP)

Course 1.2: Theories of leadership (lecture, 2 CP)

Course 1.3: Management skills (seminar, 2 CP)

  • Module examination after completion of all courses in modules 1 and 2
  • 30-minute oral examination (Mr. Petersen)
  • All contents and focal points of modules 1 and 2 are examined (all CPs are only awarded after the examination)
  • Performances in the courses are not graded; feedback is possible; also non-acceptance with the possibility of "improvement"; 1 or 2 CP as coursework for presentation and elaboration (8-10 pages = 1 CP; 12-15 pages = 2 CP)
  • Compulsory attendance in seminars; compulsory attendance in lectures (not controlled)

Course 2.1: Economic and business ethics (seminar, 2 CP)

Course 2.2: Human resources, labor and education policy (with self-study) (seminar, 2 CP)

Course 2.3: Organizational theories, culture, change and consulting (seminar, 2 CP)

  • Module examination after completion of all courses in modules 1 and 2

  • Performance in the courses is not graded; feedback is possible; also non-acceptance with the possibility of "improvement"; 1 or 2 CP as coursework for presentation and elaboration (8-10 pages = 1 CP; 12-15 pages = 2 CP)

  • 60-90 minute written exam

Course 5.1: Human Resources Management (seminar, 2 CP)

  • Module 5: 2 CP Examination preparation
  • Module examination after completion of all courses in the module
  • 60-90 minute written exam
