Internship in business education
As part of your studies, you will be given the opportunity to gain impressions of working practice as a company pedagogue and personnel developer through an internship. The requirements for the scope and type of internship as well as the requirements for the recognition of similar achievements as an internship differ depending on the examination regulations within which you can study Company Pedagogy/Personnel Development as an elective subject or partial degree program.
Therefore, you will find below the basic information on the requirements, prerequisites, the necessary links to form templates and other relevant resources for the individual degree programs.
General procedure: Before the start of the internship, find a person at the Institute of Corporate Education and Human Resources Development to supervise and arrange the internship. After completing the internship, you submit written proof (including the number of hours completed) from the internship provider about the activity, your certificate of enrolment and an internship report to the supervisor, who confirms completion. The proof must be forwarded to the examination office or the secretariat of the institute in order for the credit points to be recorded. The process is the same for any recognition of practical work completed before the degree program or work as a research assistant/working student during the degree program. Assistance/working student during the course as an internship. Depending on the degree program, an additional application for recognition may be required.
For all further questions, please first consult the most important resources for your degree program listed below. These include examination regulations, module handbooks and other overview pages.
