The seminar deals with interdisciplinary studies on current topics with the aim of being able to analyze scientific findings and transfer them to the operational practice of company pedagogy/personnel development.

MA BPE 3.1 - Research fields and research methodology

Time: Tuesdays 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

As part of the seminar, students develop their own research questions and a suitable research concept in the context of organizational learning, development and educational processes or further education/training or management diagnostics. These concepts build on the basics of research fields and methods covered in the seminar and are based on the students' previous knowledge.

I supervise theses primarily in the field of diversity measures in organizations.
