MA BP/PE 3.2 : Personnel, organizational and management development

The seminar is designed as an application-oriented research workshop and combines the theoretical foundations of business education with the development and implementation of students' own empirical research projects. Students develop independent questions on topics of personnel, organizational and management development and implement them empirically in real organizational contexts.
